 The Mediterranean diet is much more than a list of foods. For Italians, it is our way of life.

In a culture that comes alive at the table, we dine on plates of fresh foods and other simple ingredients used year-round to encourage wellness. Many say this diet-and the foods listed within it- is what drives a long and healthy lifestyle, but we believe the “common meal” is the secret ingredient that ties our families and communities together.
