PROSECCO DOC
Organic – Non GMO – Vegan
This Prosecco DOC is made with 100% organic grapes, mostly Glera with a touch of Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio, cultivated in selected vineyards on the hills around Treviso area in Veneto.
The second fermentation takes place in pressured tanks with the Martinotti-Charmat method, the "metodo italiano" that give us the possibility of retaining the pure varietal aromas and avors of the grapes, tropical fruit, apple and notes of white owers, fresh and intense. The “presa di spuma” is very slow in order to obtain a smooth, ne and persistent perlage.
Bottled and labeled with bio-safe materials.
TASTING NOTES:
Typical crisp and delicate perlage. Pale light yellow color, delicate and fragrant bouquet, with fruity notes of banana and apple and notes of acacia flowers. Fresh and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body; harmonic with a pleasantly dry aftertaste.
